Two new covers complete
Zhivko Zhelev has been hard at work, and I’m happy to announce that we not only have a cover “template” in place, but we also have completed the covers for the new editions of Voyage Embarkation and Insomnium. I won’t be revealing those until much closer to each respective book’s release, though.
Title finalized for new compilation edition
Last month, I announced that I would be combining Beati Qui Inveniunt Feles and Our Algorithm Who Art Perfection into a single print volume. This will make it easier to publish Our Algorithm, which was difficult to design a spine for and also had to be padded with blank pages due to its short length. Also, it will be Beati Qui’s first time available as a physical edition.
The title of the collection will be Sacra Veritas.
When the Gods Wish to Punish to be published
In last month’s update, I expressed uncertainty about whether or not I would publish When the Gods. That uncertainty has been resolved, as is likely obvious from last week’s blog post. When the Gods will appear in both physical and ebook editions after I’ve completed the re-releases of all my other titles.
Website redesign
There are a number of aspects of this website’s software that need attention. I plan on interleaving that work alongside the re-release work. This will come with at least some basic style improvements, or perhaps a major visual overhaul. I haven’t decided the exact scope of that work yet.
Plan status:
- Finish my BS comp sci degree. (86% complete)
- Re-release all of my current catalog with new covers
- Website upgrade
- Release When the Gods Wish to Punish for the first time
- Write and publish The Many and the Few
- Write and publish Artifice
